Last week, I took Soul to her second doctor visit. Not quite ready to venture out with three kids, their Auntie RJ (and Reinna) slept over so they could babysit. Soul is pretty good in the car, not much crying as long as she is fed.
For this visit, Soul was 3 weeks old and had already gained 2 more pounds and grew 1 inch. Dr. Kwan told us that usually at this visit they should be back to birth weight, but this little one has already surpassed it. I have a feeling this one is going to have a little chubby phase like Brave did, though just like the older two, will fall off the growth chart because she will probably be super petite like the older two too.

We are so enjoying this newborn time. I know that in no time she will be running around (and fighting) with her older sisters.

I can tell how fast she is growing already... I really hate how fast the baby phase passes, it seems like in the blink of an eye they go from babies to teens. If only we could bottle up the babyness to last a little longer. ;) Glad to hear Soul is doing good... a little Soul is good for the soul to see. :) Makes me wish my girls were babies again, then I'd do fun things with them like you do.
she is perfect.
what a little beauty! I ♥ her!
oh my! she is sooooooo precious, ruby! i want to snuggle her and kiss her teeny feet.
i've finally caught up on all of your posts (since the sister post with the girls at the table). so much loveliness and yummy food and darling pictures.
thank you for sharing the memories you've caught during your hunting excursions.
